All certified commercial manure applicator licenses expire March 1, 2026. To avoid late fees, training requirements and certification forms/fees must be submitted before that date. Iowa law requires all commercial manure applicators to attend three hours of training annually to meet certification requirements. Businesses that haul or truck manure of any type or source must also be certified.

Schedule a reshow at your county extension office! $10 per person fee applies for reshow dates.
