Welcome, beautiful woman. You are invited to a rare, intimate gathering — a 3-hour ceremonial experience designed to open your heart, awaken your embodied presence, and reclaim your feminine power.

This is not a workshop. This is a sacred container where ancient wisdom meets modern somatic practice — where you are nourished on every level: body, heart, energy, and spirit.

You've learned to protect your heart. To dim your light. To choose between being soft and strong, caring for others and caring for yourself, presence and power.

Guided by Kelly Krueger (Intimacy & Empowerment Coach) and Nimisha Gandhi (Functional Medicine Nutritionist & Yoni Shakti Practitioner), you'll journey through a deeply nourishing, multi-sensory awakening — honoring your nervous system, opening your heart, and reconnecting to your full, embodied power.

• Grounding & Somatic Arrival – Arrive fully in your body through breathwork, sound, and sensory awareness. Establish safety and belonging.
• Heart-Opening Ceremonial Cacao – Sip a sacred elixir crafted to open your heart, soften your nervous system, and nourish you from the inside out.
• Guided Visualization & Breathwork – A deep journey to soften protective layers and reconnect with your inherent wisdom and power.
• Sound Bath & Somatic Integration – Immerse in healing frequencies that anchor your heart opening and ground your nervous system.
• Journaling, Partner Sharing & Sisterhood Reflection – Anchor insights through writing, reflection, and connection with other women.
• Closing Circle & Embodied Rest – Integrate your experience, rest, and leave feeling grounded, seen, and fully alive.
