Coming Home to the BodyA Facilitated Somatic Workshop for Grounding, Presence, and Nervous System Support
This is a guided and structured workshop, not a casual meetup.
It’s a space held for women to slow down, reconnect with the body, and learn simple, practical ways to support the nervous system in real time.
For many of us living abroad or traveling, life can feel expansive… and at times ungrounded. This workshop is an opportunity to create a pause, tune into what’s happening in the body, and build awareness of how your system responds to stress, connection, and the present moment.
Across three sessions, we’ll gently explore the themes of pause, feeling, and being.
Through somatic, body-based practices such as breathwork, awareness, gentle movement, and reflection, you’ll begin to recognize patterns in your nervous system and develop tools you can take into everyday life.
This is a facilitated space rooted in somatic awareness and mindfulness, with guidance, structure, and support throughout.
No prior experience is needed. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
