If you’ve been feeling wired but tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body — this immersive afternoon is your invitation to slow down and recalibrate.
Led by Julia Filiault, we’ll explore accessible nervous system education (Polyvagal Theory), breath practices for regulation, guided somatic work, and a 60-minute Chakra Yoga Nidra with Traci.
You’ll leave with practical tools for stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
