Christmas is not "the most wonderful time of the year" for everyone. Christmas can be full of emotional loss and pain for a variety of reasons and experiences. That is why we put together this worship service. Designed to create a safe place to recognize and name the difficult and challenging parts of Christmas that might surface during this season. Whether it is grief, loneliness, anger, heartache, disappointment, guilt, or shame, this service is meant to bring those feelings to the light of Christ and see that in the midst of pain, there can be comfort and even joy. This service is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 7th at 6:30pm at New Haven UMC. 630 Lincoln Hwy E.
