Shannon Laverty is a veteran stand-up comic from Saskatchewan and a five-time Canadian Comedy Award nominee who was voted top host by Glenn Sumi in NOW Magazine. She has performed across Canada and internationally, including in South Africa, Germany, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. She has shared the stage with major names like Dana Carvey, Louis C.K., and Robert Klein, including a standout New Year’s Eve performance at Massey Hall. Mr. Lewin, the acclaimed stand-up comedian hailing from Toronto, has become a comedic force with a substantial following. Known for his razor-sharp wit and relatable humor, Lewin has cultivated a devoted fan base. With 15 years of stand-up comedy experience, he is not one to miss. Having done two independent sold-out national headlining tours, as well as many other credits, he has a special on CRAVE TV alongside Russell Peters and Kenny Robinson in People of Comedy. He has also performed on The Nubian Show at Yuk Yuk’s and taken the stage at Halifax Live Comedy Club.
Thomas Calnan is the winner of the 2016 Windsor Comedy Fest and has been featured on CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud, delivering his uniquely offbeat comedy to audiences across Ontario—and one confused guy in Montreal. His dry wit and self-aware charm have earned him audience reviews ranging from “somewhat amusing” to “not terrible,” which he considers glowing praise. One slightly intoxicated producer went so far as to call him “hilarious” and “the most underrated comic ever,” and Thomas has been riding that quote ever since. His comedy blends smart observations with the surreal, keeping crowds guessing and laughing. Whether he’s being humble or ridiculous, Thomas brings a refreshingly original voice to the stage.
