Comedy Fitness Live is a riffing show! Comics riff off of trending Instagram reels and points are given to the comics with the funniet punchlines and tags. A winner is crowned at the end of show. A 30 minute warm up comedy show opens the show at 730pm.

Before show at 615 will be an Open mic (7 spots only- not streamed) comics preform their best 5 mins before the Comedy Fitness Live Comedy show and live streaming riff round. Best set will have a opportunity to join the stand up portion of the show show and 3 open mic comics will be pulled for riffing round.
