Doors 7pm - Show 8pmChris Washington
A regular on the UK comedy circuit, Chris Washington is known for his "Peter Kay for the smart-phone generation" appeal and down-to-earth Northern charm. Originally from Wigan, he spent eleven years working as a postman before his comedy career took off. His 2017 Edinburgh Fringe debut, Dream Big (Within Reason), earned him a nomination for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
Since then, he has made numerous TV appearances, including Mock the Week, Live from the BBC, Richard Osman's House of Games, and The Stand Up Sketch Show. He has also supported high-profile acts such as John Bishop, Jason Manford, and Kevin Bridges on tour.
Roger Monkhouse
Roger Monkhouse is widely regarded as one of the most original and distinctive acts on the scene today. A master of observational comedy, he combines a "deadly combination of charm and menace" with an eloquent, intellectual delivery. He is a regular member of the prestigious Cutting Edge team at the London Comedy Store and was voted Best Compere by his peers in 2016.
An accomplished writer, Roger has been a regular contributor to Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats. His television credits also include The Comedy Store and The World Stands Up, and he is a frequent guest on GB News' Headliners.
Samantha Day
Samantha Day is a "sassy, stand-up mum" of six who swapped a thirty-year career as a high-flying London accountant and KPMG partner for the comedy stage. Her transition has been remarkably successful, culminating in her winning the Silver Stand Up Award at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2025.
Her comedy is refreshingly honest and observational, often focusing on the absurdities of corporate life, marriage, and raising a "gaggle of Millennial and Gen Z offspring." She has been a finalist for several major awards, including the Funny Women Stage Award and British Comedy Guide Pro Award.
Ross Smith
Originally from Northamptonshire, Ross Smith has quickly become a staple at major comedy clubs across the country. Known for his personable and relaxed style, he gained international headlines in 2018 after a viral adventure where he agreed to go on holiday with complete strangers to take the place of another man also named Ross Smith—an experience that formed the basis of his debut show, I Am Ross Smith.
In addition to his stand-up, Ross is an actor and voice artist with credits including Karl Pilkington’s Sick of It and the Apple TV+ series Slow Horses. He is highly regarded as a versatile MC and has been praised by fellow comics like Joel Dommett and Nish Kumar for his "hilarious and original" material.
