The Boston Globe has described Steve Bjork as “one of the top names” in New England

stand-up comedy. He’s come a long way from his nights of frying up mozzarella sticks

in the back room of a popular Boston comedy club. He was a college student, using that

part-time job to study the craft of stand-up comedy by catching glimpses of the

performers on stage.

Today, Bjork is a polished veteran of the highly competitive Boston comedy scene with

crisscrossing tours of the country under his belt. His material is intelligent and

accessible, but first and foremost, it is funny. Bjork takes everyday life and turns it

upside down in a way that every demographic in any given audience can enjoy. A

longtime favorite in nightclubs and casinos around the country, Bjork is also a highly

sought-after corporate entertainer.

He has performed at all of the major Boston and New England comedy clubs along with

The Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ; The Improv in Las Vegas, NV; Mohegan Sun in

CT, Hilarities in Orlando, FL and Cleveland, OH; TSM Comedy Caravan in Louisville,

KY; Crackers in Indianapolis, IN; Penguins in Cedar Rapids, IA; and many, many others.

Klia Ververidis is a stand-up comedian who has performed at venues across New England and New York City. In addition to comedy, she is an actor who has appeared on stage in numerous comedic productions, including Mrs. Peacock in Clue and Klionice in Lysistrata with the Neverland Theater Company.
Klia has also appeared on television, including segments on Chronicle and The Playboy Channel’s Morning Show. Her comedy draws heavily from her unique life experience—25 years practicing law and her work as a promoter of antique shows and events—giving audiences a sharp, offbeat perspective on careers, characters, and the strange situations life throws our way.
