Come-Unity: Yoga Gathering

Join Kelly, Justice, and Nazli from Gaia Yoga School for a free community gathering.

Receive guidance into a 20 minute vinyasa flow, 20 minutes of yin yoga, and 20 minutes of pranayama meditation. We will end the gathering by discussing our upcoming 200-hour Teacher Training and leave the space open for any questions and inquiries.
