6 week course starting Thursday 2nd October 6pmReady to get back to pole but feel like you’ll be starting from scratch? This 6 week course will guide you gently back to the pole! It will contain everything you need to find your pole strength safely and methodically. Born from Nicole's return to upside down life after a broken bone and a long time rehabbing in the upright realm, she was inspired to create this in depth course to guide you back to moving with strength and confidence on the pole.
The 90 minute sessions will look like this - 20-30 mins of gym work to educate us about what muscles we need for the pole and how you can train them in the gym - 30 mins pole specific work on the poles - 30 mins mobility work.
This is a 6 week course because consistency is key to giving you the best journey back to upside down pole life.
