In this special Halloween session, we will practice navigating tricky work relationships! Come as a difficult fictional nonprofit character (costume optional) and get ready to role play! We will examine common root causes of office conflicts – personality clashes, communication differences, hidden traumas, etc – and practice strategies for building real connections. Take home the trophy for Most Realistically Difficult Person!
