Juniors Indoor Hockey Come and Try session – Monday 8 September, 6.15 to 7.15pm at Altona Hockey ClubIs your kid looking to see what Indoor Hockey is all about? Or keen to brush up on their skills? Come down to Monday’s Come and Try session where they can choose from:
-Intro to Indoor - covering the rules, format and equipment. Then take part in some drills/games to cover some basics.
-Indoor Skills Session - drills and games to improve indoor skills
Kids don’t need to bring an Indoor hockey stick, but if they have a left hand glove then bring it along.
The focus of the session is to provide kids with some indoor specific movements and game knowledge that they can then transfer to the court.
Altona are looking to field teams for U12s through to U18s - girls and mixed depending on uptake.
