Join us for this creative and inspiring workshop for secondary school Music teachers, which will support you in teaching composition at N5 and Higher. In this session, Oliver Searle, Head of BA Composition at RCS, will talk about:
-a range of compositional techniques
-ideas for getting started
-methods of developing musical material
A small ensemble of musicians from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland will be present, to play through fragments of music created by participants within the session.
