Come and Sing Session for Burnley Diversity Festival
We are delighted to invite you to join West End Community Centre’s Diversity Festival singing group.
Help us create a beautiful new tradition. Join our inclusive community singing group to sing as part of Burnley Diversity festival for a free session. We are inviting singers of all ages and backgrounds. Families are welcome; if you’re under 16, bring along a parent or guardian.
Our aim is simple: to create something beautiful that brings warmth and unity to the community.
Whether you’re a confident singer or someone who just loves to sing along to the radio with your hairbrush, there’s a place for you. Sessions will be friendly, fun, and flexible, with a focus on connection and joy over perfection.
The group will meet in the run-up to the festival, with both evening and weekend sessions available. You don’t need to audition—just bring your voice, your spirit, and your willingness to be part of something bright.
You are welcome just to come to this session, but we will be sharing our songs at the finale of the festival. We will be accompanied by the fabulous Burnley Signing Choir as we sing at The Gala of Champions, which will then be hosted later in the month on the 29th November.
Bring a friend, a neighbour, or come solo and meet new ones. Together, let’s raise our voices at this year’s festival. Let’s light up the season with song.
