The Children's Bookshow Autumn tour of live literature events is coming to Newcastle!The Children's Bookshow is a charity that inspires children with a love of reading. We introduce children to world-class authors and illustrators through our programme of theatre events and in-school workshops.
Come and see award-winning poet Valerie Bloom at Newcastle Theatre Royal.
Valerie delights in being on stage and children will be thrilled by her
exuberant and interactive poetry. You will find yourself at the market, bargaining Jamaican-style for groceries, or balancing an
imaginary tray on your head and swaying as you sing the cake seller’s song. This performance bursts with fun and flavour!
