Hi, I’m Derryck Koo, Head Coach and Program Director of CrossFit Q7 from 2017 - 2021.
I specializing in weightlifting, strength training, helping beginners and intermediate level lifters elevate their technique and performance.
Coming to VNTEAM is my way to show support to Dexter and also for both our community to share learnings together and expand our community.
We grew together when I was in Vietnam and we can continue to grow together in our Combine Training session on 15th June 2026.
Whether you're new to lifting or refining your skills, this is the class for you.
