Shinshinkan Dojo students in Hays will travel to Wichita (departing around 6:30AM) and train with the Wichita group from approximately 9:30-11:30AM; we typically get back to Hays between 2:30-4:30PM; if you are riding with Sensei, let him know in advance as he often does not stop by the dojo otherwise.
