BackgroundThe Columbus Cup is a three round, 54 hole, golfing tournament held in the City of Columbus with the fourth rendition to be held from July 10th through July 12th. Each golfer that competes will be required to provide their electronically tracked handicap where 70% of a golfers handicap will apply to each round of 18 for the weekend.
After all three rounds, over the 3 day tournament, a champion will be crowned based off of the lowest total 54 hole score (handicap applied). In being crowned champion, you will be presented with your Red Jacket, the Columbus Cup trophy and the first place winning purse.
Registration
The first 40 golfers to pay the tournament fee will be registered for the 3 day event. The tournament fee is $225.00 per golfer. Your tournament fee provides you:
-Three Rounds of 18 at the Mentel Memorial Golf Course in Columbus, Ohio
-A breakfast sandwich every morning of the tournament
-9 Custom Engraved Columbus Cup Tees
-Participation in the Tournament Purse that pays out the top 3 golfers based on placement

Additional Information
With the tournament beginning on Friday, this event may require you to use a day of PTO. This tournament is an open invitation and please feel free to forward this invitation to other golfers.
