The Colts & Fillies Youth Clinic is a hands-on, confidence-building experience designed for kids who are learning their way around horses and barn life. This clinic blends horsemanship, creativity, and practical skills in a calm, age-appropriate environment where kids can learn, try new things, and have fun doing it.
Youth will learn and experience: • Horse skills like halter leading, safe handling, and basic horse first aid
• Introductory herbal medicine for animal care
• Leather crafting and creative projects
• Beginner roping skills
• Cooking and hands-on life skills
• Painting and creative expression
• Supervised water fun
This clinic is ideal for beginners and developing riders who need time, repetition, and encouragement to build real confidence — not pressure.
What’s Included • All activities and materials
• Lunch provided (hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, chips, fruit, dessert)
• Hands-on work with animals
Please Bring • Closed-toe shoes (required)
• Signed liability waiver
• Towel, extra clothes, and water bottle (packed in a backpack)
