From Monday 22 April we will be launching some new Adult Colouring sessions in Stoke-on-Trent Libraries. Colouring is a great mindfulness activity - something to focus on if you're feeling a little bit worried or need a moment of peace and calm. These groups will also be a great way of meeting new people and making new friends if you're feeling a little bit lonely or isolated.
Materials will be provided (colouring pages, felt-tipped pens, pencil crayons etc) but you are also welcome to bring your own.
We'll also be providing free tea and coffee for you to enjoy while you take part.
Our new Adult Colouring Club will be completely free to attend and there is no need to book a place in advance - simply turn up, grab some colouring equipment and join in!
You'll find Adult Colouring Clubs running at the following libraries from Monday 22 April onwards:
Bentilee Library - every Friday 2-4pm - starting Friday 26 April
City Central Library - every Monday - 2-4pm - starting Monday 22 April
Longton Library - every Wednesday 2-4pm - starting Wednesday 24 April
Tunstall Library - every Friday 10am-12pm - starting Friday 26 April
