About this Event
The theme for National Nutrition Month this year is "Food Connects Us." And it's true in more ways than one! Food is connected to our health, but also to each other through sharing a meal, tradition and culture, to the land where it's grown and even to how we shop or access food throughout our lives. I'm excited to share a meal with Stacy Eilers, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with our MGC Diabetes Education this month!
