Welcome to the Monthly EQImindset Executive Roundtable Sessions (EER)!

These Executive Roundtables act like a virtual advisory board for your people leadership journey, providing a confidential environment for discussing critical business issues, sharing experience, and problem-solving. The groups are facilitated by Lola Adeyemo, a certified diversity professional and experience management consultant focused on communities in the workplace.
The groups are self-driven and consist of a maximum of 15 C-level executives with complementary interests. Executive leaders are from diverse industries, with people-related titles such as CDOs, HR, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Learning and Development, etc. Regardless of how the organization categorizes the role, participants have the people management responsibilities that give them a unique lens, and they have the opportunity to hear ideas and suggestions from different perspectives in a live conversation.
