Colorado Uncorked 2025

A tasting of the wines in the 2025 Governor's Cup Collection, along with a small-plate menu created specifically to pair with that wine by Colorado's top chefs. The winner of the 2025 Governor's Cup will be announced at this event as well. The Colorado Wine Industry is proud to partner once again with History Colorado on this event, which will be held once again at the beautiful History Colorado Center in downtown Denver.

VIP entry begins at 6 PM with an intimate opportunity to taste this year's winners, followed by an exclusive tasting of Governor's Cup wines from previous years paired with a more extensive menu from Occasions Catering.

General admission begins at 7 PM and includes the wines in this year's Collection.

The Best in Show winner will be announced at approximately 8:00 pm.

Food and wine service stops at 9:30 PM.

Please note: entry to the History Colorado Center for this event will be through the school group entrance on the south side of the building on 12th Ave. just east of Broadway.

2025 Governor's Cup Collection

Colorado’s best wines of the year, determined by our panel of 18 judges made up of sommeliers, wine industry professionals, winemakers, & wine writers. Judging takes place July 26 and 27. 2025 Winners to be announced August 1.
