The Colorado Fire Tribe was invited back to the Parade of Lights again this year! The parade is only one day again this year. Sat Dec 7. Meet up time that day is 4pm.Like each year, we're meeting 2 hours before the parade which starts. The parade actually starts at 6pm and will be broadcast live on tv.
We are meeting just west of 13th and Broadway. This is the location on Google Maps: 11 W 13th Ave, Denver, CO 80202
Everyone must bring 1 gallon white gas with them to the parade. You will go through this much fuel in a night with how many times you burn over the course of the parade route.
We have our all black costume with the Colorado Fire Tribe logo hoodie/shirt that you have to wear. Many of you have them already, for those of you that need to buy one we'll be posting soon on how to buy one. All orders are done online and you pick up your shirt or hoodie at the parade when you arrive. We will post here in this event and on the Colorado Fire Tribe group.

We're assuming the parade has the same event waiver process that they did last year with wristbands handed out before the parade itself. If anything changes we'll let you know when we find out.
There are no in person practices for the parade. At the event we'll talk and walk through the pod system we use to rotate through fire safeties to keep everyone safe. If you have friends that want to join to help just be a fire safety we welcome any and all dedicated safeties.
Just make sure you have one of the Colorado Fire Tribe shirts or purchase one to be picked up at the parade.
