Join us on March 21, 2026, from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM for a high-energy Zumba fundraiser benefiting the Colorectal Cancer Alliance! Dance your heart out with Yesika and other amazing instructors during this fun, inclusive event designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a Zumba regular or just looking for a joyful way to support a great cause, this is the place to be. 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Come ready to move, sweat, and make a meaningful impact—every step counts!
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in this Zumba Fundraiser on March 21, 2026, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical activity that may involve risk of injury, illness, or other health-related issues.
I understand that Zumba and similar fitness activities require physical exertion and that I am responsible for determining my own physical ability to participate. I agree to participate at my own pace and to stop if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors (including Yesika Young and others), volunteers,sponsors, venue, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from my participation, including those resulting from negligence, or any injury, death, property damage or loss of any kind caused by my voluntary participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Release, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue is made voluntarily by me, the undersigned Participant, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in this activity, or that I have consulted with a medical professional prior to participating.
I grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional and fundraising purposes without compensation.
I understand that tickets are non-refundable and that all proceeds benefit the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
I have read the above release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, fully understand its contents, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this agreement freely and voluntarily and that it constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
By completing my registration and checking the agreement box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
Optional Minor Statement:
For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and agree to this waiver on the minor’s behalf.
