Join us for a hands-on Colombian cooking lesson! We'll be making Colombian empanadas (gluten-free, vegan option available), yuca frita, traditional ají sauce for dipping, and a Colombian hot chocolate (with a surprise tradition mixed in)!About the instructor:
Devon O'Brien is a food editor, writer and recipe developer with more than a decade of experience in food. She currently works at Allrecipes.com but has also worked for and appeared in EatingWell, Better Homes & Gardens and the Food Network Magazine. Her mother was Colombian and taught Devon how to make these traditional Colombian dishes that her family still enjoys whenever they get together.
Our facility is BYOB.
Class has a maximum of 12 students and a minimum of 6. Classes may be cancelled 4 days ahead of time if minimum is not met. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
