About this Event
A 6 week class dedicated to conditioning various body muscles to improve your overall strength. Formats will vary depending on your instructor, keeping your workout fresh and fun.
Participants will be expected to complete a short survey at the beginning and the end of the 6 week course.
Please note: Customers will be required to enter the library using their Adult library card or Merton Libraries app and PIN number during the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday between 3-7pm
Customers can apply for a library card on our website www.merton.gov.uk/libraries and collect it from the library (Monday – Friday, 9.30am-1pm and Saturdays, 9.30am-5pm).
