Bring your best bowlers, coworkers, classmates, or friends and form a team to compete against other groups in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Whether you're aiming for the top score or just coming for the vibes, this event is all about community, fellowship, and giving back.
Your ticket includes bowling, shoe rental, food, drinks, and access to amazing prizes. Teams will battle it out on the lanes for bragging rights, prizes, and the championship title.

VIP Event Swag Bag Sponsorship Opportunity
Local businesses are invited to participate in our VIP Swag Bag Program for the upcoming HBCU Scholarship Bowling Tournament supporting students of Norfolk State University.
This is a great opportunity to promote your business directly to event attendees while supporting HBCU scholarships.
Each VIP attendee will receive an exclusive canvas tote bag filled with promotional items from local businesses.
👜 VIP Tote Bag Advertising Opportunity
Participating businesses will receive:
✔ Your business logo printed on the VIP tote bag
✔ Your promotional materials placed inside every swag bag
✔ Exposure to all event attendees and participants
✔ Recognition for supporting HBCU scholarships
📌 Logo placement on the tote bag will be assigned in the order sponsorships are received.
Early sponsors receive the best placement on the bag.
📦 What Businesses Can Submit
Businesses may include one promotional item inside the swag bags such as:
• Flyers or brochures
• Coupons or special offers
• Business cards
• Branded merchandise (pens, keychains, magnets, etc.)
• Promotional items (shirts, small products, samples, etc.)
These items allow guests to learn about your business and connect with your services.
🔢 Quantity Required
Businesses must provide:
100 promotional items (recommended quantity based on expected attendance)
All items must be pre-packaged and ready for distribution.
📅 Submission Deadline
All promotional materials must be received by:
June 19, 2026
Late submissions may not be included in the swag bags.
