Celebrating 30 years in the business and a double album launch, Colleen Power will perform an all-ages show at the Majestic Theatre, March 1st, 2026 at 7 PM. with special rates for students and children.Colleen will be performing songs from Colleen Power, her 10th album, and Une Tournée Merveilleuse, her third Francophone album, plus some surprises from her back catalogue. She will be joined by Jason Whelan on lead guitar and bouzouki, Dave Panting on bass and mandolin, Geoff Panting on accordion and keyboards, and Ed Sutherby on drums and percussion. Hosted by VOCM’s Russell Bowers, special guests include fiddler Carole Bestvater, and the dynamic Port-Aux-Poutines.
Colleen Power - the album - features more of her signature catchy and topical songs backed up by a stellar cast of musicians. The album debuted at #23 on the North American College & Community Radio Chart in December, and placed in Top 30 charts on KMHD, Gresham, Oregon, and WHFR in Dearborn, Michigan. It was #14 on the Top 30 chart at WWVU in Morgantown, West Virginia last week.
Une Tournée Merveilleuse is inspired by the French presence on the island of Newfoundland. The video for L’ Inconnu, one of seven songs co-written with long time bandmate, Aneirin Thomas, won 2025 Best Historical Film at CineParis Film Festival in Paris, France. À La Fontaine, composed by Colleen about her hometown of Placentia, won an Arts and Letters Award in the senior music category.
