Founded in 2005, Collector Wines has become one of Australia’s leading boutique producers, known for its pure, elegant wines that capture the essence of the Canberra District, Hilltops, Tumbarumba, and Gundagai regions. With a philosophy centred on matching variety to place and letting the vineyard speak, Alex will share insights into his approach to winemaking, the evolution of Collector Wines, and what makes the Canberra District such an extraordinary landscape for producing wines of precision and depth.
