Are you seeking a collective heart opportunity to center and affirm life and your place within it?

Does your heart desire renewed hope and inspiration to keep going in these heavy times?
You are invited to join us in the yurt in the woods, surrounded by nature’s embrace, for a calming heart opening, state enhancing, sensory experience for overall wellbeing. It will be an impactful reset filled with heart connection, ritual therapeutics, and somatic healing in mind, body, and soul.
What is Heart Tending?
The human heart is like a garden. It is composed of deep love along with the deepest sorrow--- a harmonious mandala. We are a direct reflection of the soil itself—constantly in a cycle of death and rebirth from our cells outward to our actions in the world.
We must connect and tend to the heart to continue….; being, growing, learning, changing, composting (letting go), and regenerating into the next cycle. When we tend to our hearts, we are making a conscious choice to see and be ‘directly with’ an intrinsically natural human experience within the lifecycle. If we let it all sit inside of us like sludge, we remain burdened with heaviness, turbulent mind states, and even harmful ways of being.
The heart needs ‘tending’ (attention, expansion, stretching). Emotions need movement, grief seeks expression, and our beings organically move toward coherence, so we can show up in the world as a vibrant positive force. This helps us build a personal and collective lighthouse to survive and grow with the storms while deepening our trust in all that is. Let’s be brave and keep our hearts opening and our gardens blooming!
In the first half of the evening:
We will circle up together around a beautiful center altar in the yurt. You will lovingly and creatively be guided by Kylee through a flowing hour of:
- Grounding and centering with meditation and breathwork
- Community heart connection
- Somatic chakra exploration with movement & invocation
- Grief composting with ‘burning of the grump’ & ‘cup breaking’
- Intentions, affirmations, & empowerment moving forward
In the second half of the evening:
You will soak in the healing vibrations for some sound healing with a combination of Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, percussion instruments, chanting, bells, and more. Adam will guide you toward your own vibrational experience through sound along with providing you with the space to enhance your own restoration for the benefit of yourself and the greater good of the collective.
