Reflection & Vision Board Workshop
Pause. Reflect. Reconnect.
Take time to slow down and tune in during this guided collage workshop led by art psychotherapist Eva Papastergiou. Through gentle reflection exercises and creative exploration, you’ll take a mindful look at your past and present, clarify what truly matters to you, and shape your intentions for the coming period.
During the session, you will create a personal Reflection & Vision Board: a visual “bridge” between where you are now and where you want to go. This process can help you gain clarity, strengthen your inner compass, and reconnect with your values, dreams, and sense of direction.
No artistic skills are required — just an open mind. All materials will be provided.
