Now that the holiday season is done and the new year has begun, we can still be grieving the loss of a loved one. Behind the cheer and merriment we can go through the roller coaster of emotions. Let's not forget to move through that and process what we feel. I have discovered that collage has helped me with that. Focus, memory, ripping, emotions spill onto the paper.
