About this Event
Today, demand for ‘Knowledge Exchange’ is intensifying as universities become increasing outward facing. Knowledge exchange activity directly engages external partners and is recognised by government and research councils as accelerating impact. Knowledge exchange activity generated £5.7 billion in income across the UK universities in 2023 and is an essential component within academic promotion criteria. Knowledge exchange allows academics to expand their reach, put theory into practice, raise their profile, and provides tangible and financial resources to delivering impactful research.
Yet, many academics feel that they require additional support to maximise their knowledge and understanding of this area.
Therefore, join leading knowledge exchange researchers and practitioners, Professor Jennie Shorley and Dr Matt Sutherland on November 27th for a collaborative and interactive workshop on all-things Knowledge Exchange!
