About this Event
Interdisciplinary collaboration is increasingly shaping the future of research, but what does it look like in practice, and how can early-career researchers get involved?
This event brings together early-career researchers (ECRs) from across the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Edinburgh to connect, exchange ideas and explore possibilities of cross-disciplinary work, while also enjoying some cake and coffee.
We will have the chance to learn from colleagues who have already navigated collaborative, cross-disciplinary research, and take part in open discussions about the opportunities and challenges of working across fields. Join us to network and explore what collaborative thinking across disciplines means, and could mean in practice, in CAHSS and beyond.
All colleagues in CAHSS who consider themselves early-career researchers are welcome; no prior experience in cross-disciplinary research is required.
Please take a few minutes to complete this quick questionnaire to help us make the event as engaging and relevant as possible: Collaborative thinking across disciplines: An ECR forum – Fill out form (this is optional).
This event is being organised by the CAHSS ECR Champions and Rep network. If you have any questions, please contact Yvonne Chau at [email protected].
