Meet Urina Harrell:
Urina is a marketing consultant with 11+ years of experience, specializing in helping small businesses and nonprofits establish and grow their brands. She founded Vox Pop Branding in 2013, to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make it more popular and profitable for brands to implement positive impact messaging in their marketing campaigns. Urina combines her undergraduate training in Psychology and Neuroscience from Duke University with a Masters in Marketing from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom to guide her firm and clients into a more human-centered future. Urina has worked as a Buyer for Walmart, managing multi-million product portfolios and creating strategies to ensure high sell-through rates for her category. Her diverse client base includes large-impact organizations, local businesses, and high-profile individuals like NBA player Jrue Holiday. Urina's work has been recognized by the California Secretary of State and at the ESPY Awards. In addition to running her marketing agency, Urina is also the founder of Vox Pop Kids, an educational brand that teaches children the importance of financial literacy, business acumen, and philanthropy.

Ingrid Fletcher is a Nashville native featured on Lifetime Television’s 20th Anniversary of Celebrating Women for empowering the women of Nashville and she brings over 20 years of experience. Ingrid is a thought leader who has an extensive background in mass communications, nonprofit management and development, special events planning, management, high-profile media relations, impact engagement, strategic marketing, business development, sponsorships, and strategic branding. She currently serves as the Event Coordinator and Strategic Data Manager for the TN NFL Alumni Gear Up team. Ms. Fletcher is co-founder of The M.V.P. Agency. She serves on the Board on J.U.M.P. Nashville and Aphesis House. Ms.Fletcher is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University in Communications.
