Cole Diamond is a five-piece honky tonk band based in Minneapolis, MN. Depending on when you ask, Cole Diamond is either the stage name for singer/songwriter Ryan Otte or the collective handle for Otte and his Band. After years spent behind a drum kit, Otte stepped into the spotlight to front his own project, bringing his love of country music to fans across Minnesota. Since its inception, Cole Diamond has released two EPs and a string of singles, earned airplay on stations like 89.3 The Current, and shared the stage with national acts including Jenny Don’t & The Spurs, Corb Lund, and The Wilder Blue. Additionally, Cole Diamond is known for putting on a great show. Weather it’s his annual tribute to Alan Jackson or playing at the MN State Fair audiences can expect to hear all their favorite songs about drinking, cheating, and the Chattahoochee River. Even though he grew up on the wrong end of I-35, Cole Diamond delivers a modern take on traditional honky-tonk not often found up North.
