Hope you are all well.
Our Annual lunch is on Sunday 7th September 2025, 1230 for 1300hrs at the Home Guard Club, 21A Doveridge Road, Hall Green, B28 0LS.
This is a special year for the Regiment as it is our 375th anniversary so the more the merrier at this event would be fantastic.
The price and the menu's which are as follows:-
2025 Menu
Starter
A-Farmhouse pate, salad garnish with toasted granary bread.
or
B-Carrot & coriander soup served with crusty bread.
Main Course
A-Braised steak with red currant jus.
or
B-Roast pork, stuffing & chipolatas.
or
C-Brie & cranberry tart.
All served with roast potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Dessert
A-Homemade lemon meringue cheesecake.
or
B-Golden syrup sponge with custard.
The price of the meal unfortunately due to inflation has gone up by £1.00 to £26.00.
Could you please let me know asap if you are attending, names of who are attending with plus their and your choice of menu either by email/text or verbally at the next meeting.
Payment can be taken at the next meeting on Wednesday 13th August 2025 or on the day of the event.
If you wish to bring a raffle prize for the event that would be fantastic and all will be gratefully accepted.
This is our more formal event so the order of dress is blazers or suits for the gents and ladies whatever your comfortable in for the occasion within reason🙈🤣.
