Come and experience the magic of the private lake and nature reserve on Hawarden Estate, and feel the benefits of cold water therapy.
You’ll be guided through the whole experience, starting with a walk through the beautiful Walled Garden to the lake, where you’ll learn tips and techniques from our Wild Swimming expert, Sheena Corry.
Following the swim there will be a sauna session, giving you some time to reflect on your cold-water therapy.
Suitable for all adults, seasoned cold-water swimmers and beginners alike.
Wetsuits are advisable but absolutely not necessary.
