Join Ana and Gee for a nourishing afternoon of Pilates and Sound Healing
Pilates & Sound Healing
🪷 This afternoon is designed to nourish the body, mind and Soul
🩰 We will begin with a 45 minute energising pilates session with Gee to strengthen and release
🎼 We will then flow into a 45 minute restorative sound healing journey to re set the nervous system and deeply relax as the vibrations from crystal bowls and shamanic instruments wash through your body
🏠 Step into this beautiful space at SONAS, connect with like-minded people and leave feeling refreshed and restored
🔮 Optional oracle card pull for a little intuitive insight before you head home
Your Hosts:
Ana (@ana.stasia.maria) blends sound healing, aromatherapy and shamanic instruments to create multi-sensory journeys that recalibrate the nervous system and retune your energy field; reminding us that when we fill our own cup first, we can pour from the overflow.
Gee’s (@move_with_gee) pilates sessions are designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise the body through slow, controlled movements that will leave you feeling empowered, uplifted and connected through mindful movement.

❣️A request! Please arrive between 3:45 and 3:55 for a prompt 4pm start
Good to Know
- Yoga mats are provided, but please bring an eye pillow to get extra cosy
- We will offer refreshments and please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session
- Easy drop-off outside and on street parking is nearby
- If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions please let us know before the session
- We cannot offer cancellations or refunds for this event, please kindly let us know if you cannot attend
