Little Sis is half of Strung Up Sisters (SUS). She will be performing alone and with the band. She pays homage to the music that inspired her to play guitar. Her repertoire spans many genres and decades from Chet Atkins & Led Zeppelin to Reverend Horton Heat & Soundgarden. She got her start busking at age 9 on the Denton Square and playing local DFW open mics. Eventually, she got the honor of playing stages at Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, Chet Atkins Appreciation Society & Denton She-Rock festival. She regularly performs at local Denton music venues and enjoys sharing their interpretations of timeless music with the Denton community.
Ferris is a multi-instrumentalist. He plays horns, guitar, keys sax and sings. He is helping to master and mix Coins or Bubble Wrap’s new releases. He is half of the band The New Boobies. They have written many amazing songs.
Coins or Bubble Wrap are a Denton based band that performs a mix of original music and pop songs. We play a blend of R&B, alternative folk, rock and jazz. We are excited about Travis Eaves, our drummer & Ocarina player, returning to perform with us. In his 8-month absence, he did manage to continue recording with us. The next album is 2/3 done. Our recent album Truth is available on streaming platforms, CD and vinyl. Three of us wrote songs on the album with Travis helping to arrange. Beckah Maxwell, a music educator, plays stand-up bass and sings. Trey Castillo has an amazing number of songs in his head. He works at UNT’s marketing department and plays a lot around Denton. Shane Abel plays piano, keys, guitar and sings. linktr.ee/shaneabel - has 10 icons leading to our music. We have 56 songs on streaming platforms. This includes the album Liar which was released in 2024 along with 9 other songs. Music From The Heart released in 2023 and contains 24 short pieces from 3 ballets
