This on-site event is hosted by The Enigma, who you may also recognize from THE X-FILES, and will feature a panel of judges in the tattoo and horror world, including The Enigma himself! Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top winner of each category. Tattoos can be healed or fresh. Please make sure to list the artist names for accolades!
