Founded in 2010 in memory of U.S. Army CPL Chris Coffland (KIA Afghanistan 2009), Catch A Lift Fund (CAL) is a nationwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering combat-injured Veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
Our mission is to empower these American heroes to take control of their recovery, rediscover their purpose, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through a holistic program rooted in physical training and behavioral change science, CAL provides the tools for sustainable transformation.
Focusing on four key pillars—nutrition, fitness, emotional wellness, and community—we guide Veterans on a life-changing journey to physical and mental healing.
