Join FIT4MOM Wilmington, Sip + Stroll Moms Club, and 4th Trimester Mission for a *FREE* community event: Coffee Walk + Talk! This special gathering is designed for moms in the "4th trimester" who may not yet be cleared for exercise but are ready to step out, enjoy fresh air and connect with fellow new moms. All moms, no matter the stage of motherhood, are welcome to join us for a relaxed walk and meaningful conversations. Plus, we’ll provide the coffee! Let’s come together, support one another, and share this journey of motherhood. We can’t wait to see you there! Meet near shelter 5, grab a coffee, and we'll head out for our walk at 10am.
