This special gathering is designed for moms in the "4th trimester" who may not yet be cleared for exercise but are ready to step out, enjoy fresh air and connect with fellow new moms. All moms, no matter the stage of motherhood, are welcome to join us for a relaxed walk and meaningful conversations. Plus, we’ll provide the coffee!
