This is a free, casual event for moms and women in our community to prioritize their well-being and build real-life connections
--Meet Up: We gather at local coffee shops to check in, lace up, and warm up.
--Move: We take off for a 45-minute session on a paved, stroller-friendly route. Run, walk, or anything in between—this is your time to move at your own pace.
-Mingle: We head back to the coffee shop to refuel, sit down, and connect with a coffee!

-Moms: Bring the kids in the stroller or come solo for some "me time."
-Women in the Community: You don’t have to be a mom to join—if you’re looking for a supportive group and a morning walk, you’re invited!
-All Fitness Levels: From runners to strollers, nobody gets left behind.

All Mamas Welcome! We believe every mom needs a village. Our social events (MNO, LIT4MOM, playgroups, and celebrations) are open to everyone—no active membership required.
For the safety and security of our group, we do require all attendees to have a F4M Billings account and signed waiver on file (https://billings.fit4mom.com/sign-in). New to us? You can join us for your first free class or come as a guest of a current member. Come find your community
