Coffee Tasting Workshop for Everyone: Coffee From Honduras
In this workshop, we'll be brewing and tasting several coffees from different coffee-growing regions in Honduras. The coffee is sourced & roasted by Carrboro Coffee Roasters & produced by their partners in Santa Barbara, Ocotepeque & Marcala regions of Honduras, including:
- Saul Melara, Finca El Pinabetal, Ocotepeque
- Nancy Hernandez Contreras, Finca El Jazmin, Marcala
- José Arnold Paz Mejia, Finca San José, Santa Barbara
The workshop will be held from 11am - 1pm on Saturday April 18 at Open Eye Cafe (101 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro NC)
You'll learn about Carrboro Coffee Roasters Farmer Direct Relationship coffee producers, enjoy several coffees from Honduras & have the opportunity to take a bag of your favorite coffee home.
Open Eye Cafe's Annabella will guide you through coffee samples, helping you understand the flavors and develop your palate and appreciation for this beloved beverage.
