Coffee Tasting Workshop for Everyone: Coffee of Nicaragua
In this workshop, we’ll be brewing and tasting several coffees from the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua.
The coffees are roasted by Carrboro Coffee Roasters & produced by their Farmer Direct Relationship partners Luis Balladarez and his son, who own and operate Finca Un Regalo de Dios and the Beneficio Las Segovias.
The workshop will be held from 11am - 1pm on Saturday May 30 at Open Eye Cafe (101 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro NC)
You'll learn about Carrboro Coffee Roasters Farmer Direct Relationship coffee producers, enjoy several coffees from Nicaragua & have the opportunity to take a bag of coffee home to enjoy.
Open Eye Cafe's barista Annabella will guide you through coffee samples, helping you understand flavor profiles, and develop your palate and appreciation for this beloved beverage.
