Coffee Tasting with Fort Collins Coffee Collective

Welcome coffee lovers! Join us for a Coffee Tasting with Fort Collins Coffee Collective at Wobble HiFi on November 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to sample local beans from Bean Cycle Roasters and international roasters via Airworks Coffee through the lens of three different brew methods.

Our events are part tasting, part omakase, part class. Host Matt will give a basic overview of modern coffee production and brewing, you'll gain a better understanding of differences in bean origins, processing and brew methods and leave knowing a bit more about what YOU like in coffee.

This is our first event, we'll be gathering insights from guests about what they would like to see at these tastings and what needs the Fort Collins coffee community has. Join us for this first step as we "soft launch" Fort Collins Coffee Collective!
